Willow Tree Estate is the largest self-contained accommodation in the Hunter Valley. Featuring 12 spacious bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, and a private Summer House, it’s perfect for large groups wanting to stay under one roof. Bedrooms

The first floor showcases six spacious bedrooms, each adorned with luxurious furnishings and oversized en suites. Private balconies from each of the first floor bedrooms open onto sweeping views of the estate, surrounding vineyards, olive grove, and swimming pool.

On the ground floor, you'll find two stunning bedrooms with a large bathroom. The Pool Suite is an expansive bedroom/family suite with an en suite. The West Wing Terrace features two large bedrooms with en suites and wheelchair-accessible facilities. There is also a separate sitting room with a queen sofa bed, coffee table, lamps and TV.

All first-floor bedrooms, the Pool Suite, and the Terrace have a bar fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, and an iron with an ironing board. The property also has reverse cycle air-conditioning units and ceiling fans in every bedroom.

Free-standing Summer House

The Summer House (also known as the Honeymoon Suite) is a self-contained unit situated peacefully meters away from the main guest accommodation, ensuring utmost privacy. It features a king bed that can be split, a sitting room with a TV and a stunning crystal chandelier, a queen sofa bed, and a luxurious en suite with a spa. It serves as both a private escape and a cosy romantic space.

The Summer House also includes reverse cycle air-conditioning and a kitchen equipped with a microwave oven, Nespresso coffee machine, and a small fridge. Tea, coffee pods, sugar, cutlery, crockery, and glassware are provided for your convenience.

All bedrooms are furnished with luxurious commercial-quality Sealy beds and mattresses. The king beds can be split into two king singles if needed. Beds are made with 100% crisp cotton commercially laundered linen, and each bed offers a choice of firm and soft pillows, along with quality doonas and blankets.

Willow Tree Estate can be booked in three configurations:

  • Eight bedrooms – Six bedrooms on the first floor and the two bedrooms on the ground floor.

  • Ten bedrooms – Six bedrooms on the first floor, two bedrooms on the ground floor, the Pool Suite and Summer House.

  • Twelve bedrooms – Six bedrooms on the first floor, two bedrooms on the ground floor, Pool Suite, Summer House and the West Wing Terrace.

Whatever configuration you choose, you will have exclusive use of the property’s amenities.

BATHROOMS: All bathrooms include hairdryers, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and freshly laundered towels, bath mats, hand towels, and face washers.

FORMAL LOUNGE: As you step through the front door, you will be welcomed by the beautiful formal lounge room. This consists of designer sofas and luxurious feather filled cushions. A large selection of books for the avid reader, and a piano for those that can play while you sit around the fireplace with your glass of wine.

FAMILY ROOM: Relax with comfortable sofas, beautiful decor, and a TV with Foxtel.

BEAN BAG CINEMA ROOM: Enjoy a quirky cinema room with a DVD player, huge wall-mounted TV, an overflowing assortment of your favourite DVDs, luxurious designer bean bags, and velvet curtains for a true cinema experience.

GAMES ROOM: Equipped with a TV (with Foxtel), pool table, and a large assortment of books and toys. The room opens onto the large outdoor deck and includes separate men's, women's, and wheelchair-accessible toilets with vanities.

DINING ROOM: The dining room has two large unique timber custom made dining tables and can seat twenty-eight people. Placemats and coasters are provided. Reverse cycle air-conditioning and fans are available.

KITCHEN: The commercial kitchen is ideal for large groups or events, with panoramic views from the outdoor entertaining deck. Features include:

  • Restaurant-quality refrigerators and freezer.

  • Large glass-fronted drinks fridge.

  • Commercial gas oven and cooktop, plus a domestic gas cooktop and electric oven.

  • Microwave, commercial dishwasher, two Nespresso machines, and two toasters.

  • Zip instantaneous boiling water unit.

  • Bakeware, Jamie Oliver pots and pans, crockery, glassware, and cutlery for up to 45 guests.

  • Nespresso pods, tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, cling wrap, foil, baking paper, and napkins.

  • Separate hand washing basin. Reverse cycle air conditioning is also available.

LAUNDRY: Located off the games room, the laundry includes a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board. We supply washing powder for your entire stay. Two highchairs are also located in the laundry for your convenience as well as a broom, mop/bucket and vacuum cleaner.

OUTDOORS: The outdoor area features a bocce court, a sparkling swimming pool with a deck and sun lounges, and pool towels. The large entertaining deck under a waterproof sail has two BBQs and overlooks the gardens, vineyards, and dam. It includes five large stone dining tables with French café chairs, seating 40 people, with more tables and chairs available upon request. Picturesque gardens and a rotunda make this property perfect for weddings, accommodating up to 40 guests for small intimate weddings or up to 150 guests for marquee style weddings.
